Role Description
This is a full-time on-site / hybrid role for a Senior Valuation Surveyor located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Valuation Surveyor will be responsible for conducting property valuations, preparing Red Book Valuation reports for lenders, advising clients on property values, and analysing market trends. In addition, the role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide accurate and timely valuations.
Qualifications
- London or Greater London valuation knowledge
- Property Valuation, Reporting, and Market Analysis skills
- Client Advisory and Stakeholder Management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in valuations
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Professional qualification such as MRICS or FRICS with at least 3 years PQE
- Experience in the property services industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
