Our client is a respected multi-disciplinary firm of Commercial Property Agents and Chartered Surveyors. They are seeking a proactive and motivated Graduate Commercial Property Agent / Trainee Surveyor to join their office near Redhill. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial property within a supportive and professional environment.

The role is a varied, client-facing position where no two days are the same. You will represent the firm during property viewings, support Chartered Surveyors with inspections and professional work, and play a key role in managing enquiries and marketing activity. This is not a desk-only role — you will be out meeting clients, inspecting buildings, and gaining hands-on experience across the commercial property sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Viewings — Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers.
  • Marketing & Brochure Production — Prepare property brochures and assist with marketing campaigns, including social media.
  • Enquiry & Applicant Management — Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries and maintain the enquiry database.
  • Professional Surveying Support — Assist Chartered Surveyors with inspections, data collection, and report preparation.

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with applicants and business clients.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and general office systems.
  • Professional phone manner and strong organisational ability.
  • Candidates with an RICS-accredited degree will be given particular consideration, with salary adjusted accordingly.
