We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Agent / Surveyor for a client based near Redhill in Surrey. They are a reputable and highly respected independent property consultancy & Chartered Surveying practice, regulated by the RICS with a core focus on Sales & Lettings, Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals, Commercial & Residential Property Management, Property Investment and Valuation primarily covering Surrey and South London, although they also act for clients in Central London and further afield.
They have a team of professionals who bring extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the markets in which they operate, offering an efficient, friendly, intelligent, and results-oriented approach to property advisory.
They are looking for an experienced individual to take a leading role in the day-to-day operation of their commercial agency side of the business and to help expand it. Advise clients across sales and lettings, valuations, Landlord & Tenant matters, property investment and management in respect of mainly retail, light industrial, office and residential properties.
This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded independent practice and take real ownership of client relationships and transactions, with the support of an established and collegiate team.
Remuneration Package: This is a full time role, on offer is a competitive salary dependent on experience. In addition, there is potential to earn commission, other benefits include training / CPD / RICS Membership (as appropriate) paid by company, monthly mobile phone contribution, Christmas bonus, workplace pension and paid mileage.
