Our client, a respected new build residential developer, is launching a brand-new site in Horsham, 193 units and is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be based in or around Guildford, as future developments will be located across the Surrey and Hampshire regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site coordination – Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day operations across the development.
  • Health & safety compliance – Ensuring all works are carried out in line with company and legal standards.
  • Sub-contractor supervision – Monitoring progress, quality, and adherence to programme.
  • Quality control – Conducting inspections and ensuring homes are delivered to a high standard.
  • Customer care support – Assisting with handovers and addressing snagging issues.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience working for a new build residential developer
  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • SMSTS qualification
  • CSCS card
