Our client is one of the UKs leading manufacturers of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors supplied to the trade sector. With over 80 trade counters across the country, they are looking for a Fenestration Manager to join the branch team in Worthing, West Sussex. Ideally you will have/ be able to: * Window, Conservatory and Composite Door knowledge * Able to create accurate specifications and quotes, and process to order to manufacture for the region. * Engage proactively with customers and be able to communicate the benefits of products offered. * Work together with the Branch Manager to provide excellent customer service. * Provide 1-2-1 training for branch staff onsite and via telecoms / teams. * Have a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team. * Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets.
