We're looking for an Event Sales Assistant to support live events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives throughout Brighton. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in energetic environments, and wants to gain practical experience in events, promotions, sales, and customer engagement. No previous event sales experience is required. Full training is provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Your day will be spent at live events, promotional campaigns, and customer-facing environments where you'll interact directly with members of the public.
  • You'll help create positive customer experiences by starting conversations, answering questions, and representing campaigns professionally.
  • Much like working within hospitality or events, you'll be working in fast-paced environments where adaptability, communication, and customer service skills are highly valued.
  • You'll help customers learn more about campaigns, services, or products while supporting event objectives and maintaining high presentation standards.
  • As you gain experience, you'll develop confidence in public interaction, event coordination, and campaign support while learning how successful event marketing initiatives are delivered.
  • You'll work closely with a supportive team, attend campaign briefings, and contribute to the overall success of each event.

Training & Development

  • You'll receive practical event sales training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on support throughout your development.
