We’re looking for a details-driven Insurance Coordinator to join our Service team. You’ll play a key role in managing insurance reports, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring insurance-related works are tracked, communicated, and closed efficiently - all in line with company policy. If you’re organised, proactive, and confident communicating with both engineers and clients, this role offers real variety and responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the insurance inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Coordinating insurance defects, tracking deadlines and escalating where needed
- Uploading insurance reports to LiftData
- Highlighting and distributing details of immediate works to engineers
- Issuing notifications for all insurance-related works
- Using client portals to confirm receipt of insurance documents and update work progress
- Producing weekly and monthly reports, including overdue insurance jobs
- Supporting the Service team by answering phones, assisting clients, and logging breakdowns when required
