Cera in Poole is seeking a Care Assistant to support people recently discharged from hospital, helping them live safely at home. You will assist with personal care, meals and daily tasks, and provide companionship to improve wellbeing.
Shifts run 7am–2pm and 3pm–10pm; part-time and full-time roles exist. DBS check required; we offer training and a clear care development path in a supportive team.
