JOB TITLE
: Residential Worker - Complex Needs

LOCATION:
Belmont Cottages, Derry-Londonderry

POSITIONS
:Various Full-TIme/Part-Time Positions

Belmont Cottages is a residential accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. It is situated in the cityside of Derry~Londonderry. Belmont Cottages provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making.

Essential Criteria
QCF/NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent

A minimum of 1 years experience in a support role working with adults with learning difficulties AND challenging behaviour in a community/residential setting.

Must be currently registered with NISCCor if new to the sector must achieve registration within 6 months.

Have previous administration experience.

OR
A minimum of 2 year\'s experience in a support role working with adults with learning difficulties AND challenging behaviour in a community/residential setting.

Must be currently registered with NISCC or if new to the sector must achieve registration within 6 months.

Have previous administration experience.

AND
The above experience must include supervisory responsibility

Above experience must demonstrate the use of IT and the provision of administrative support to include regulatory, scheme and resident reports.

This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Access NI check.
