REPORTS TO: Property Services Manager
DEPARTMENT: Property Services Department (Dungannon Office covering the following areas Fermanagh/Tyrone/Armagh)
ROLE INFORMATION: 1 x 37hrs Permanent.
Essential Criteria:
- Third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant building/construction subject AND 2 years experience (within the last 7 years) within a facilities/maintenance environment. Experience to include at least one of the following: construction, mechanical and/or electrical services.
- OR Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) AND 3 years experience (within the last 7 years) within a facilities/maintenance environment. Experience to include at least one of the following: construction, mechanical and/or electrical services.
This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Access NI check. All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Please note Apex do not hold a license to sponsor Working Visas.
