JOB TITLE: Housing Officer

LOCATION: Head Office, L\’ Derry

POSITION AVAILABLE: 1x37hrs Tempoary Maternity Cover and Reserve List for Permanent/Temporary contracts within Head Office.

We are currently using a blend of home and office working from the Dungannon Office which remains under review.

Essential Criteria

  • A third level qualification or Educated to A’Level standard (or equivalent) with a professional Housing qualification and 1 year’s relevant experience with a social landlord or local authority
  • Educated to A’level standard or equivalent and 2 years relevant experience in a Housing Officer role with a social landlord or local authority
  • 3 years’ experience working as a Housing Officer

All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Please note Apex do not hold a license to sponsor Working Visa\’s.
