Job Title: Housing Officer
Location: Head Office, L\' Derry
Position Available: 1x37hrs Temporary Maternity Cover and Reserve List for Permanent/Temporary contracts within Head Office.
We are currently using a blend of home and office working from the Dungannon Office which remains under review.
Essential Criteria
- A third level qualification or Educated to ALevel standard (or equivalent) with a professional Housing qualification.
- 1 year relevant experience (as set out in the job description) with a social landlord or local authority.
- OR
- Educated to Alevel standard or equivalent.
- AND
- 2 years relevant experience in a Housing Officer role with a social landlord or local authority.
- OR
- 3 years experience working as a Housing Officer.
All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Please note Apex do not hold a license to sponsor Working Visa\'s.
