The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

To provide a quality service in accordance with the Associations policies and procedures and in line with the principles of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that confidentiality is maintained in all issues relating to the work of the Housing Department and the Association.
  • To implement the Association’s policies and procedures relating to all estate management functions.
  • To deal with enquiries relating to Housing Services.
  • To record and investigate all complaints regarding tenancy matters ensuring a satisfactory outcome in line with the Associations policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A third level qualification or educated to A Level standard or equivalent with a professional housing qualification and one years relevant experience as set out in the job description with a social landlord or local authority.
  • Or educated to A Level standard or equivalent and two years relevant experience in a Housing Officer role with a social landlord or local authority.
  • Or three years experience working as a Housing Officer.
