To provide a quality service in accordance with the Associations policies and procedures and in line with the principles of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- To ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that confidentiality is maintained in all issues relating to the work of the Housing Department and the Association.
- To implement the Association’s policies and procedures relating to all estate management functions.
- To deal with enquiries relating to Housing Services.
- To record and investigate all complaints regarding tenancy matters ensuring a satisfactory outcome in line with the Associations policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- A third level qualification or educated to A Level standard or equivalent with a professional housing qualification and one years relevant experience as set out in the job description with a social landlord or local authority.
- Or educated to A Level standard or equivalent and two years relevant experience in a Housing Officer role with a social landlord or local authority.
- Or three years experience working as a Housing Officer.
