Location: House in The Wells
Positions Available: 1x40hrs Permanent and Reserve List for Permanent/Temporary Full-Time posts for House in The Wells.
The House in the Wells is a male harm reduction hostel accommodation giving support and care for up to 24 homeless men with addiction issues and is situated close to the city centre of Derry~Londonderry. The House in the Wells provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year.
Essential Criteria:
- Completion of a relevant qualification equivalent to QCF level 2
- At least one year's experience formal or informal working with homeless individuals and/or individuals who suffer addiction problems in a community or residential setting.
- Previous administration experience e.g. completing support plans, housing forms etc.
- Must be currently registered with NISCC or must achieve registration within 6 months if new to the sector.

This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Access NI check. All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Apex does not hold a license to sponsor working visas.
