Grounds Maintenance Supervisor in Derry, Londonderry

As a Grounds Supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision and management of the direct labour grounds maintenance operatives as well as carrying out various tasks required to deliver a high standard of grounds maintenance works within our general needs and supported living schemes.

Responsibilities

• The post holder will have responsibility for safety and security of the Associations grounds maintenance storage units and equipment and will assist and work closely with the Senior Assets Officer where required to review work programs.

Skills and Qualifications

• BTEC/NVQ level 2 Horticultural qualification and 2 years post qualification experience employment in a Horticultural/Grounds Maintenance role.
• Or 5 Years paid employment in a Horticultural/Grounds Maintenance role and Previous supervisory experience.

Further Information
