The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
1x37hrs Temporary Reserve list for the Derry-Londonderry, Belfast & Dungannon offices (Full-time/Part-time/Temporary/Permanent roles). We currently follow a hybrid working model applicable after 12 weeks of employment.
Essential Criteria
- Third level qualification (post-secondary/higher education or equivalent) in a relevant building/construction/property maintenance subject AND 2 years relevant experience (within the last 7 years)
- OR Relevant level 3 qualification or equivalent AND 3 years relevant experience (within the last 7 years)
This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Access NI check. All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Please note Apex do not hold a license to sponsor Working Visas.
