LOCATION: Ballyoan House, Derry-Londonderry
POST: Various Positions and a Reserve List for Permanent/Temporary, Part-time/Full-Time in Derry-Londonderry Area.
Ballyoan House is a supported living accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with mental health issues. Ballyoan House provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making.
Essential Criteria
- QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent and 6 months experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities/mental health issues.
- Must be currently registered with NISCC or if new to the sector must achieve registration within 6 months.
- Previous experience in administrative duties.
- Or 2 years' experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with individuals with Learning Disabilities/Mental Health issues.
- Must be willing to work towards the completion of relevant qualification.
This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Access NI check. All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Please note Apex do not hold a license to sponsor Working Visas.
