The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

Belmont Cottages is a residential accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Belmont Cottages provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making.

Essential Criteria

  • QCF/NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a support role working with adults with learning difficulties AND challenging behaviour in a community/residential setting.
  • OR A minimum of 2 years' experience in a support role working with adults with learning difficulties AND challenging behaviour in a community/residential setting.
  • The above experience must include supervisory responsibility.
  • Above experience must demonstrate the use of IT and the provision of administrative support to include regulatory, scheme and resident reports.
