POST: 1x 37hrs Permanent Posts plus Reserve List for 6 months LOCATION: Dungannon Office We are currently using a blend of home and office working from the office in Dungannon which remains under review.
Essential Criteria Third level qualification in building/ construction/ related studies and Three years' experience of delivering a comprehensive maintenance service (i. e. responsive, cyclical, planned works contracts) within a Housing maintenance role.
One year's experience of staff management OR Four years' experience of delivering a comprehensive maintenance service (i. e. responsive, cyclical, planned works contracts) within a Housing maintenance role. and One years' experience of staff management.
Have practical experience of delivering a high quality customer focused service.
All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK.
