Essential Criteria:

  • 3rd level qualification in Project Management (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, Agile PM, or equivalent)
  • 3 years proven experience in a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst capacity
  • Experience delivering projects involving process improvement, digital systems, and organisational change
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design
  • Experience developing project documentation including plans, risk logs, reports, and business cases
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including managing cross‑functional teams
  • Experience mapping and redesigning complex business processes
  • Experience applying structured project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, APM PMI or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of change management methodologies

Eligibility:

This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Access NI check. All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Apex does not hold a license to sponsor Work Visas.
