We are seeking a strategic and well-connected Sales Director to drive our commercial success across the UK and key international markets.

Your Role at a Glance: Based in Scotland, the Sales Director role has a group-wide remit covering all UK sites. As a Sales Director, you will lead our strategic sales efforts across high-end leisure and corporate markets. You’ll be responsible for expanding our presence among affluent travellers, luxury travel trade, and corporate retreat clients, while managing top-tier partnerships and delivering measurable revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute a UK and international sales strategy focused on luxury leisure and corporate travel.
  • Identify and secure new business from direct clients, tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, and lifestyle concierges.
  • Represent the brand at major trade events including ILTM Cannes, consortia roadshows, and tourism showcases.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value leisure and corporate accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for elite travel advisors and luxury consortia (e.g., Celebrated Experiences, Queen of Clubs, SLH, Mr & Mrs Smith).
  • Conduct regular sales visits, virtual meetings, and coordinate FAM trips and sales missions.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Reservations teams to optimise yield and occupancy.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and ROI of key initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the UK luxury travel landscape and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the Head of Commercial, Brand & Marketing Manager, and hotel teams to support campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals.

About You: Essential Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years in a senior sales role within luxury hospitality (4-star deluxe or 5-star level).
  • Strong knowledge of the UK and EMEA luxury leisure travel market.
  • Established network of luxury MICE agents and travel industry contacts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing market share.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively, including internationally.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with CRM and hotel systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Salesforce).
  • Multilingual capabilities (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with inbound markets including the US, Middle East, and Asia.
