Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guest rooms are well‑presented by performing cleaning duties, including cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms, changing linen, vacuuming, polishing, and dusting.
• Check that your own rooms are of a high standard and ready for guests.
• Engage with guests to promote loyalty and memorable experiences.
• Provide a consistently high level of comfort and quality to guests.
• Take pride in the work you do and maintain excellent attention to detail.
