Apex Dunblane Hydro Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to drive profitability across our flagship F&B outlets, including a new restaurant and bar concepts, plus extensive banqueting facilities. You will lead a results-driven Operations Team to deliver sustainable profit growth and exceptional guest experiences.
You will guide culinary development with the Head Chef, build a multi-skilled team, and deliver commercial plans across procurement, sales and marketing.
