Starting your Journey:

As a Class 2 Driver ,you will deliver amazing brand standards and service. You will be responsible for the pickup and Delivery of Linen from our customers playing an important role in making sure our customers have the necessary linen to service their businesses.

You will embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments for our customers and provide a personal experience our customer will want to share.

Joining the dedicated Laundry department, you will:

  • Distribute and pick up of linen from all customer sites in Scotland, driving the designated vehicle.
  • Distribute all sundry items required by customers..
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of hotel linen orders to vehicle.
  • Maintain cleanliness of laundry vehicles.
  • Adhere with all working time directive and tachograph regulations whilst driving company vehicles.

As a Class 2 Driver, you will have excellent attention to detail in order to provide consistent standards. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel and ultimately the service provided to our guests before and during their stay. You will be a great at multi-tasker, you will be efficient at solving any problems that may arise and you will always have a smile for our teams and guests. We want you to be yourself here, bringing your infectious personality which helps makes Apex who we are.

We are looking for a Laundry Driver who:

  • Can deliver excellent standards
  • Has a customer service attitude
  • Must be able to produce full Catergory C (Class 2) UK DVLA Driver\’s Licence on application with no more than 3 points, with no DD(reckless/dangerous driving), DR(drink or drugs) or CD(careless driving) endorsements.
  • Hold up to date CPC training and a valid tachograph card. Renewal courses may be paid by Apex within employment
  • Is able to work any 5 days out of 7
