The role:
As a Still Room Assistant,you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the back of house Food and Beverage areas and supporting the Food and Beverage Assistants in their role. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel and ultimately the service provided to our guests enhances their stay.
Joining the dedicated Food and Beverage department, you will:
- wash dishes from the restaurant
- wash and polish cutlery
- wash and polish glassware
- Maintain the cleanliness within the restaurant back of house areas
- Monitor and manage waste bins
- Maintain cleanliness of fridges within the still room
- Support the food and beverage assistants in preparing hot drinks
- Check and put away deliveries

As a Still Room Assitant, you’ll support the Food and Beverage team deliver award winning service and be part of a growing team who pride themselves in delivering a first-class product every time.
