The role: As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high level of food to all our guests. Working in our newly refurbished and extended state of the art main kitchen you’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparation and service of breakfast hot items both plated for individual guests and buffet style for those staying with us as part of a group
  • Preparation and presentation of cold breakfast items for display
  • Delivery of brunch options within all areas of the business
  • Producing nutritious employee lunches to Company standards
  • Supporting other members of the brigade if necessary to prepare items for service
  • Adhere to all food safety and health and safety guidelines

About you: As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll work alongside an award‑winning Executive Head Chef and brigade and be part of a growing team who pride themselves in delivering a first‑class product every time. We ask that you take pride in your work and have a willingness to learn. You’ll have a real passion for food, and excellent attention to detail to provide consistent standards. You’ll also:

  • Demonstrate previous experience at Breakfast Chef or Commis Chef level
  • Demonstrate previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Be self‑aware and able to evaluate your own work
