Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring Compensation Plans: Customize and maintain compensation plans, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Managing Benefits: Administer benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyzing Compensation Data: Use data to analyze and make informed decisions about compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborating with HR Teams: Work closely with HR teams to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals.
  • Providing End-User Support: Offer support and training to end-users during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Conducting Audits: Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of compensation and benefits data.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Human resources, finance
  • Experience: Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably with Workday.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Workday configuration tools.
  • Certifications: Workday compensation and benefits certification is preferred.
