About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Lead Generation Marketing Manager to take ownership of our lead generation and digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for a marketer who excels at generating high-quality B2B leads through organic, low-cost, and no-cost channels rather than relying on large advertising budgets. With little to no paid marketing budget available currently, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that leverage LinkedIn, social media, content marketing, partnerships, referrals, SEO, email outreach, and marketing automation to build brand awareness and create a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
- Develop and implement a lead generation strategy focused on organic growth.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking communities, partnerships, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain lead generation campaigns that support business growth objectives.
- Create systems and processes to consistently generate inbound and outbound opportunities.
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure smooth lead handover and effective follow-up.
- LinkedIn & Social Selling
- Own the company's LinkedIn strategy.
- Optimise company and leadership profiles to maximise visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage LinkedIn content campaigns designed to generate conversations and enquiries.
- Build targeted outreach programmes using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other available tools.
- Develop employee advocacy initiatives to extend company reach.
- Content Marketing
- Produce engaging content including: LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies, customer success stories, email campaigns, blogs, and industry insights.
- Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximise reach and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to position the business as a thought leader within its sector.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company presence across relevant social media channels.
- Create and maintain a content calendar.

- Improve website visibility through organic SEO strategies.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a B2B lead generation or digital marketing role.
- Proven track record of generating leads without significant advertising spend.
- Strong LinkedIn marketing and social selling expertise.
- Experience creating engaging content that drives enquiries and engagement.
