Front Office Treasury Analyst
Department: Group Treasury
Reports to: Head of Front Office Treasury
Location: London
Role Purpose
Support the execution of front-office treasury operations, including monitoring liquidity, executing transactions, preparing valuations, and maintaining banking relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in financial markets and corporate treasury.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on daily cash positions across group entities.
- Support short- and medium-term cash forecasting processes.
- Execute treasury transactions (e.g., FX spots, forwards, swaps, loans).
- Assist in preparing mark-to-market valuations and ensure accounting alignment.
- Support investment of surplus cash and monitor funding costs.
- Help maintain bank relationships and assist in negotiations.
- Ensure trade and counterparty compliance with treasury policies.
- Provide market insights to support strategic funding decisions.
Essential Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in a corporate treasury or finance role.
- Exposure to dealing platforms and treasury operations (Bloomberg, 360T, etc.).
Skills & Competencies
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills.
- Good communication and relationship management abilities.
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
