Support annual salary and bonus reviews cycle, including reporting and communication.
Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to inform reward strategy.
Act as first point of contact for Compensation & Benefits related queries from HR teams, and the business.
Review/Benchmarking of compensation & benefits competitiveness (e.g. WTW, Aon).
Manage pay equity, gender pay gap reporting and support EU Pay Transparency implementation.
Support benefit plans' budgeting, renewals and admin.
Assist with various ad-hoc projects such as acquisitions' integration.
Skills Required:
- Experience: Strong Reward/Compensation, or HR/Data Analytics (preferably in financial services and in a global organization). Knowledge of commission schemes is a plus but not essential.
- Technical: Advanced MS Excel (modelling, macro level), PowerPoint and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Education: Preferably degree or equivalent.
- Competencies: Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical skills and numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
