Description
The Business Manager – CFO Office is a high-trust, high-impact position to the CFO and senior leadership team. In this critical role, you will support engagement, communications, and operational functions, ensuring the smooth execution of CFO priorities and initiatives. The role offers hands‑on involvement in executive communications, governance and cross‑functional initiatives. Furthermore, providing a platform to build relationships across the C‑Suite and Finance leadership teams.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
Oversee special projects, initiatives, or assignments delegated by the CFO.
Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and communications for executive forums ensuring accuracy and high standards.
Manage stakeholder engagement with key internal and external groups.
Drive annual strategic planning and key deliverables, building overall CFO roadmap aligned with sub‑function roadmaps.
Compliance and Governance
Track and report progress on strategic priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure adherence to regulations, industry standards and best practices within the organization.
Support audit processes.
People & Culture
Drive internal communication strategies to enhance organizational engagement and alignment with company objectives.
Partner with HR on leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design to support rapid growth.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional financial acumen and project management expertise.
Highly organized, discreet, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
Track record of achieving results through others and inspiring collaborative solutions.
Demonstrated understanding of the importance of culture, personal leadership and alignment with global objectives.
Advanced decision‑making skills and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA a strong plus).
