We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant on a contingent basis to lead and execute search strategies for senior and executive leadership roles. This individual will partner with internal stakeholders, including HR and business unit leaders, to identify, attract, and secure top-tier leadership talent across multiple functions.

Job specification
  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and executive positions (e.g., Managing Directors, Heads of Function, C-suite).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop customized search strategies, including market mapping, direct sourcing, and leveraging external networks.
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for executive presence, technical capability, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation.
  • Present talent market insights, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline of executive candidates aligned with future business needs.
Skills Required:
  • 8+ years of talent acquisition with executive search experience, ideally within the financial services or fund administration sectors.
  • Proven success placing senior leaders and executives in high-growth or transformation-focused environments.
  • Deep understanding of leadership competencies and hiring for functional areas such as Operations, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Client Services.
  • Strong research, sourcing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and discretion.
Preferred
  • Deep understanding of fund administration services.
  • Familiarity with compensation negotiation at the executive level.
  • Strong understanding of global talent markets, particularly in North America and Europe.
