Job Summary: The Product Owner for HR/CRM Systems will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of Workday and Salesforce systems. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of both platforms to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Reports to: Head of Enterprise Applications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Workday and Salesforce, aligning with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
  • Partner with departments to identify and implement process improvements leveraging these systems.
  • Ensure systems compliance with regulations, audit requirements, and maintain high data security standards.
  • Develop and deliver training for end-users and provide ongoing support for effective system use.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Workday and Salesforce, including implementation and optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
  • Proficiency in Workday and Salesforce modules and related technologies.
  • Experience managing complex projects within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related; certifications in Workday and Salesforce are advantageous.
