Job Summary: The Product Owner for HR/CRM Systems will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of Workday and Salesforce systems. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of both platforms to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Reports to: Head of Enterprise Applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Workday and Salesforce, aligning with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
- Partner with departments to identify and implement process improvements leveraging these systems.
- Ensure systems compliance with regulations, audit requirements, and maintain high data security standards.
- Develop and deliver training for end-users and provide ongoing support for effective system use.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Workday and Salesforce, including implementation and optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
- Proficiency in Workday and Salesforce modules and related technologies.
- Experience managing complex projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related; certifications in Workday and Salesforce are advantageous.
