Role Overview
Reporting to the Deputy Head of FP&A in London, this executive role leads a high‐calibre 3‐person team that manages the Group\’s management reporting suite for three stakeholder sets: the Board, private equity shareholders, and lenders. The position will improve governance, control, and timeliness of reporting while centralizing responses to all stakeholder queries.
Responsibilities
Prepare the monthly board results deck and related executive summaries.
Own and maintain pro‐forma results reporting and monitor upcoming acquisitions.
Produce monthly capital structure and liquidity reports with Group Treasury.
Oversee segment results production and report synergy metrics.
Prepare quarterly lender decks and respond to lender advisors.
Manage the Group bonus scorecard for the Compensation Committee.
Provide timely answers to private equity shareholder and lender queries.
Lead quality‐of‐earnings reviews with consulting firms.
Run ad hoc FP&A analysis for senior‐management queries.
Collaborate with FP&A to improve reporting in Workday and Power BI dashboards.
Drive standardization of reports across systems and hierarchies.
Qualifications
Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 10 years post‐qualification experience in finance or FP&A.
Strong technical skills and experience with large data sets.
Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to craft commentary for senior executives.
Proven ability to lead and develop high‐performing teams in a global environment.
Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning an advantage.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‐quality reporting on time.
