Foundation Revenue & Administration Manager

Reporting Line: Exec Chair – Apex Foundation & Wealth

Location: London

We are looking for an experienced, relationship‑driven professional to shape a world‑class philanthropic platform. As the Foundation Revenue & Administration Manager, you will lead on revenue generation, donor relationships, and the operational backbone that makes the Foundation’s work possible.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Identify and implement initiatives to increase Foundation revenue, including building predictable, recurring income streams. Work with the Executive Chair to convert high‑level donor relationships into measurable financial outcomes.
  • Deliver the flagship London Gala: Support the Chair in planning, delivering, and growing the annual gala dinner – a high‑profile event central to the Foundation’s fundraising calendar.
  • Build the Relationship Engine: Consolidate information on past contributors, table buyers, and warm leads into a clear donor management system for the team.
  • Champion the Foundation: Advocate for the Foundation’s mission internally and externally, raising its profile.
  • Capture Every Opportunity: Maintain the administrative backbone of the Foundation, ensuring donor relationships, sponsorships, and fundraising opportunities are well‑managed and followed up.

Experience & Skills

  • Corporate fundraising background or similar experience in donor acquisition, business development, or partnership management.
  • Events execution experience supporting high‑profile, large‑scale corporate events.
  • Organised and tech‑savvy: experience with CRMs or building database processes.
  • Strong relationship building: confident communicator able to work with external corporate donors, VIPs, and senior internal executives.
