Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple Executive Committee members
- Manage complex diaries, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Arrange and manage end-to-end travel bookings, including multi-destination itineraries
- Coordinate accommodation, transport, and visas where required
- Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of Executives via Workday
- Ensure expenses are processed accurately and maintain compliance
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years experience in a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant role
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders and Executives
- Proven experience managing complex diaries across multiple time zones and scheduling
- Experience using Workday (or similar systems) for expenses and approvals
- Strong experience in preparing and processing expense reports
- Experience booking multi-destination and international travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
