Role Overview Role Location: London Department: Depositary Employment Type: Permanent As a Depositary Analyst, you will monitor clients in accordance with AIFMD and internal policies, perform reviews, and collect evidence for capital, investment, and cash transactions. Key Responsibilities Perform quarterly bank and capital account reconciliations between the depositary and the AIFs. Review evidence supporting the independence and qualification of the investment valuation process. Ensure and document ownership of assets by the company. Support the production of reports for regulatory authorities. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector. Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. VBA and database skills are a plus but not mandatory.
