Join us as an Associate Loan Agency and contribute to the management of syndicated loan transactions, ensuring compliance, KYC, and effective client communication.

Job Specification

• Monitor and control the periodic or one‑off compliance of borrowers with financing agreements.
• Set up new transactions using our Agency Management Monitoring Tool.
• Manage and coordinate KYC requirements for all lenders and borrowers.
• Lead amendment or waiver processes until resolution.
• Ensure client responsibilities are managed to agreed deadlines and regulatory standards.
• Assist lenders in decision‑making and provide financing consultation.
• Coordinate communications and issues amongst borrowers, lenders, obligors, and advisers.
• Organise and participate in meetings and conference calls for day‑to‑day agency management.
• Manage loan transfers between existing and new lenders.
• Handle ad‑hoc distributions.
• Collaborate with the Loans Administration and Business Development departments to support loan administration activities.

Skills Required

• Background in syndicated loans, preferably with middle or back‑office experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.

• Willingness to learn and develop experience in the syndicated loan sector.
