Apex is looking for a Vice President to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Madrid. This fullâtime role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.
As a Vice President, you will monitor and control the periodic or oneâoff compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements. You will also support, supervise and train other junior members of the team.
In your first few weeks in this Loan Agency Vice President role, you can expect to:

- Close and manage complex transactions
- Manage and coordinate our KYC requirements in respect of all lenders and borrowers for any new transaction
