Position: VP Loan Agency (Transaction Management)

Apex is looking for a Vice President to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Madrid. This full‑time role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

As a Vice President, you will monitor and control the periodic or one‑off compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements. You will also support, supervise and train other junior members of the team.

In your first few weeks in this Loan Agency Vice President role, you can expect to:

• Support, supervise and train other junior members of the team
• Close and manage complex transactions
• Manage and coordinate our KYC requirements in respect of all lenders and borrowers for any new transaction

To apply for this Vice President role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Significant previous experience
• Eagerness to pay attention to detail and go the extra mile in all aspects of the role
• Syndicated Loan experience, ideally middle office, with Loan Administration background a plus
• Experience with Intralinks/Debtdomain or similar loan communication tools is an advantage
