The Product Manager I (Investor Communications) is a vital team member who supports the investor communications product development team. The investor communications team performs product development for regulatory and transactional communications at scale, including statements, trade confirmations, tax documents, proxy and shareholder materials, and disclosures. You will support the digital delivery (email, in‑app, push) and paper fulfillment via third‑party vendors, observe investor preference and consent experiences, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all channels.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to gather and document requirements for new investor communication products or updates to existing ones.
  • Assist in defining investor communication product specifications, including data sources, formats, and integration points, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project tasks, such as scheduling meetings, monitoring progress, and reporting on potential issues to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in user testing and quality assurance efforts to validate that delivered investor communication products meet specified requirements and quality standards.
  • Communicate with cross‑functional stakeholders (engineering, analytics, and business teams) to clarify scope, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and best practices for investor communications product usage.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting product performance metrics (e.g., usage, adoption rates, or data quality) to help identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices related to investor communication products, actively suggesting opportunities to enhance efficiency or usability.

Education And/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of prior work experience in product management.
  • Experience in financial services a plus.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring data products meet defined objectives and quality standards.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana) is a plus.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across different disciplines.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a hybrid, office environment 2 days per week.
