Due to growth we are currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer on behalf of a well-known and successful M&E and HVAC contractor. They are Daikin D1+ dealers, REFCOM elite & Toshiba approved partners. Operating over 20 years, they provide Facilities Management, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Services and Catering Equipment Repairs. They operate in a range of sectors including commercial, educational, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, retail, leisure and public sector.
As the Air Conditioning Engineer you will be responsible for commissioning, servicing, fault finding, installing and maintaining splits, multi splits, VRV and VRF air conditioning systems along with working on ASHP and cold rooms within the North East & Cumbria area.
This is a permanent position paying £40k – £45k per annum depending on experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 5pm. Perks include Van & Fuel Card. Private use of van is allowed. Overtime is paid at x1.5 Saturday morning/weekday evenings, double time for Saturday afternoon and Sundays. Pension. 22 days annual leave plus.
