Due to growth we are currently recruiting for an Electrician on behalf of a well-known and successful M&E and HVAC contractor. Operating over 20 years, they provide Facilities Management, M&E, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Services and Catering Equipment Repairs. They operate in a range of sectors including commercial, educational, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, retail, leisure and public sector.
The Electrician will be responsible for working on multi-disciplinary refurbishment projects, the design and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, and the delivery of planned and reactive mechanical HVAC and electrical maintenance services. This includes everything from full conversions, installations, small projects, testing, and reactive maintenance. You would be covering the North East area.
This is a permanent position paying £38,354 – £39,875 per annum with a review after a 3-month probation period. It is working 38 hours a week basic 08:00 – 16:30 Mon – Thur & 08:00 – 14:30 Fri.
