Based in Bracknell, the Quality Compliance Executive will be responsible for supporting our client's quality, environmental and security certifications and regulatory requirements to ensure the business complies with and is prepared for external audits.
As a Quality Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Policies, processes and procedures
- Assisting the implementation of management strategies and plans that deliver the Company's business objectives, in compliance with certification requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining the Compliance and Regulatory Calendar.
- Ensuring departments are aware of the requirements and timetable to support the Calendar.
- Ensuring departments develop, agree and document processes and procedures. Track evidence to assure compliance.
- Ensuring policies, processes and procedures are clear and establish objective standards of performance.
- Coordinating and documenting audits of key processes and procedures.
- Coordinating training and awareness activities to support colleagues in delivering their responsibilities around Information Security and Compliance in particular Data Privacy.
- Liaising with the People department to ensure all colleagues are trained and updated on Quality, Security, Environmental, Privacy requirements and standards as directed by the CISO.
- Supporting the CISO in developing and championing a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.
- Acting as operational coordinator of all ISO and other certifications (ISO 13485, 9001, 14001, 22301, 27001, PCI-DSS).
- Liaising with external certificating bodies to keep certifications current at all times and establish the annual calendar for audit visits.
- Coordinating the internal Risk Registers and Risk meetings.
- Proactively raising identified risks to compliance, ensuring management have good time to address any process or other compliance issues before external audits.
- Developing and maintaining a Group wide Risk Register covering all areas of the business.
- Arranging and participating in review meetings as required by each certification.
- Maintaining clear, regular and engaging communication across the business to ensure colleagues understand and are prepared for any external audits.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in managing ISO or other certifications.
- A substantial background in process management and administration.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
- Commitment to maintaining retention of ISO and other certifications in order to achieve long-term business objectives.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a timely, organised manner.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practice in the area of Quality Systems.
