We are looking for a highly experienced Product Manager to support our client's Product team based in Bracknell, Berkshire. Product Managers are responsible for a range of products for the duration of their lifecycle. They oversee product creation, development, implementation and subsequent evolution with a focus on maximising product monetisation, usage and customer satisfaction.
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire. This is an office-based vacancy and as such we expect all applicants to be willing to commute to the offices a minimum of 3-4 days per week as per the hybrid working policy.
Key responsibilities- Fulfil the Product Owner role for product sprints
- Collating refinement items
- Prioritising backlog
- Making design decisions
- Ensuring product changes are in line with the overall business strategy
- Resolving conflicts in customer priorities and escalations
- Working with other departments
- Providing product knowledge to Sales and Solution Consultants to assist with bids
- Sharing delivery timeframes with the Project Management team
- Liaising with Engineering team to ensure the priority of bugs is understood
- Updating customers
- Monthly webinars sharing product news to customers
- Quarterly roadmap
- Quarterly user forums
- Ad hoc meetings with customers to share product vision
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.
- Good experience in a customer-facing role, typically of at least five years.
- Experience as a Product Manager or Specialist, with specific experience of product lifecycles and design processes.
- Agile Experience
- Experience in the IT/Cloud communications industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to interpret customer requests and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Good problem solving skills.
