Recruiting for a bank of Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs within the Upminster area. Our aim is to make these children have a positive impact with their education as well as their social & emotional development.

PART TIME – LONG TERM – BANK WORK – SHORT TERM – The teaching assistant job roles are between 8.30am – 3.30pm term time; may suit someone with the skills who is looking for school based hours.

Do you have a passion to work with children that have Special Education Needs?

Interested if you have a background as a Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Psychology graduate or maybe you have transferable skills from the Care Setting or Public Sector?

We are looking for:

  • Experience/knowledge who has worked with children or Adults with additional needs.
  • Passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Someone who can work 1-1, in a team and a group setting.
  • Knowledge/experience working with a variety of Learning Difficulties ie ADHD, ASD, SPEECH & LANGUAGE, SEMH.
  • To support teaching & learning whilst understanding traits and triggers to make learning a positive experience
