Apex Education Recruitment are seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join the Additional Resource Provision (ARP) of a welcoming Primary School in Romford. The ARP supports children with ASD and we are looking for someone who brings patience, creativity and genuine enthusiasm to the role.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm (Term time only)

Special Need Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children with ASD within the ARP
  • Being firm but fair, helping children understand routines and expectations.
  • Helping children build confidence, independence and communication skills.
  • A great team player who communicates well with staff and children
  • Experienced in working with children with ASD or other SEN needs
