School Administrator in Essex

Recruiting for a School Administrator to join the team in a Grays School. For the role as a School Administrator you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the school office with general office admin duties.

The school office is the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, and readily be able to respond to queries, resolve problems and adapt to the differing priorities of the working day.

Are you organised proactive and reliable with experience in School Administration?

To start, 5th January Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm with a 30min lunch.

School Administrator Duties & Experience:

• To ensure that there is a warm, welcoming, and professional feel to the \’front of house\’ for visitors, staff, parents and students.
• To be polite, friendly and adhere to the school s security & safeguarding policies.
• To have good communication and telephone manner.
• To be organised, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft word and SIMS would be desirable.
