Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people with Autism? A specialist school in East Berkshire is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join its team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive special educational needs setting where personalised learning, pupil wellbeing, and positive outcomes are central to everyday practice.
The school provides education for children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and additional learning needs, with a strong focus on structured, individualised approaches that support communication, social development, and independence. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering differentiated lessons, assessing progress, and adapting your teaching to meet individual learning needs. You will work closely with support staff and other professionals to create a consistent and supportive learning environment that enables pupils to engage and progress at their own level.
