This role would suit a qualified primary teacher looking for flexible supply work who enjoys working across different year groups and can quickly build positive relationships with pupils.
You’ll cover classes during teachers’ PPA time, delivering planned lessons and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Cover classes across different primary year groups during teachers’ PPA time
- Follow existing lesson plans and school guidance
- Adapt activities where appropriate to meet the needs of the class
- Maintain a positive and purposeful classroom environment
- Manage behaviour confidently and consistently
- Support pupils with their learning and engagement
- Work collaboratively with school staff
